Terms of use
Plain terms, no surprises.
EFFECTIVE 2026-07-02 · OPERATOR: INQUIRING MINDS
The agreement
These terms cover the AntiVision: Change Course iOS app and antivisionapp.com, operated by Inquiring Minds. Using either means you accept them. The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store, so Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms also apply to the app.
What AntiVision is, and is not
AntiVision turns your own inputs and published population statistics into projections about a habit’s cost. It is information, not medical care — no part of it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and projections are estimates, not predictions about you. Decisions about your health and money remain yours; for medical decisions, talk to a clinician.
Your content
Your writing, inputs, and photos are yours. We claim no ownership. You give us only the narrow permission needed to operate the features you use — for example, transmitting a photo once to an AI provider when you request a portrait, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Pro is a purchase inside the app, processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store at purchase time; billing, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the app, the site, or their backing services, and do not submit addresses you do not control to the waitlist.
Intellectual property
The app, this site, their design, and the AntiVision name belong to Inquiring Minds. You may not copy or redistribute them except as the App Store terms allow.
No warranty
The app and site are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not promise outcomes: the app shows you the record and the route out — acting on them is yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inquiring Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using AntiVision at any time; the Privacy Policy describes export and deletion. We may suspend service that violates these terms.
Changes and law
When these terms change, this page and its effective date change with them; continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
